Day 0: Introduction
This is your invitation to slow down, notice, and begin again.
The Light Between: A Living Journal is a daily practice of presence a gentle rhythm of words, reflection, and self-discovery.
Each day, you’ll receive an affirmation and a writing prompt a short sentence to anchor your thoughts and guide you back to stillness. Alongside each prompt, I’ll share my own reflection as an example. These are not lessons or instructions, only glimpses into my own journey, meant to encourage you to explore yours.
This is a two-year process, designed to grow with you. Each affirmation and prompt will appear again one year from now. You’ll revisit the same words, but you will not be the same person. Life will have shifted, softened, expanded. The same sentence will reach you differently, because you will read it from a new place.
As you begin, leave a space in your journal for a second entry next year. Label it simply, One Year Later. When you return to that page, you’ll see how you’ve changed, in thought, in tone, in what matters most.

Return a year later and write again beneath your first entry.
